Hey everyone! I’m James Burton, and I love being a chef. It’s my full time job. But what some of you may not know is that I also have a side hustle as a roller skating trainer. In fact, I do it for fun now – it’s not my main source of income or anything. But I love it, and I blog about it in my spare time.

I’m from Irvine, California – the best city on Earth (in my opinion). When I’m not working in the kitchen, you can find me at the rink teaching people how to roller skate like pros.
